Now that we’ve shown you How to sign up for a Badoo account , You are ready to start meeting people and finding matches on Badoo. In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to use Badoo, including how to log into your account, how to get matches, and how to send messages.
Connecting and Disconnecting from Badoo
To log in to your account, go to Badoo.com In your web browser and click To log in In the upper right corner.
Enter your email address and password, then click Sign me up!
To log out, click door Icon next to your name on the left side.
When asked “do you really want to log out?” Click Yes .
Complete your profile
When you sign up for Badoo, you won’t be asked for personal details. If you want to have a better chance of getting more matches, you may want to add more information to your profile. Click on your profile picture On the left to access your profile. It will be highlighted in purple when you plant on it.
Click it pencil Icon next to any section of your profile to edit it. You can add information about your interests, appearance, living situation and more.
Add more photos to your profile so people can see what you look like. Click Add pictures , Then choose where you want to add photos from. You can import photos from your social media accounts or upload photos from your computer.
You can also link some of your social media accounts, like Instagram and Twitter to verify your profile. Click it equipment To access your settings, then click pencil Icon next to one of the verification options under the heading “Your Account” to link this platform to your account.
You can also access more quickly by clicking on your profile picture icon, then click on any item to link under the “Checks” heading located on the right side of the profile editing screen.
How to meet people on Badoo
There are a few different features of Badoo that you can use to meet and communicate with other people. We’ll explain each feature and show you how to use them.
People nearby
Click People nearby To view the profiles of other users in your area.
If you would like to see more details about any of the people you see on the “People Nearby” page, click on their name to view their full profile. If you are interested in getting to know them after looking at their profile, click on the heart Button at the top left to “like” them. If they like you, you’ll match!
Met
The “Meetings” feature is more of a type feature speed-dating online. You will be shown the first name, age and image of another user.
Depending on that, you can choose to “like” or “dislike” them. Click it heart “Like” someone or “button” X “Button to switch over them.
If you want to preview their profile before deciding, click on their name at the top of the screen to learn more about their personal information. Similar to how matching works for the “People Nearby” feature, if you and another user “like” each other using “Meetings,” you will be matched.
Visitors
If you want to see who has recently viewed your profile, check out the Visitors feature. This feature allows you to see which users have verified you! If users pay for the “Super Powers” feature, it won’t show that they’ve viewed someone’s profile.
To see who viewed your profile, click “Visitors” on the left.
You will be able to see who has reviewed your profile. If you want to know more about one of your visitors, click on their name to open their full profile. Keep in mind that unless you have the “Super Powers” feature, this person will know that you looked at their profile.
Likes and Likes
To see who “liked” your profile, click loved you In the menu on the left.
Here you can see the profiles of anyone who has already liked your profile. You can also see who you’ve matched with by selecting Assorted At the top of your screen.
Messages
If you compare with someone on Badoo, you’ll probably want to message and chat with them. To access your messages, click Messages In the menu on the left.
A small window will appear, where you can see all your conversations listed on the left side. If you compare with someone, their name will appear on the left (even if you haven’t sent a message yet). Click on their name and click Chat now! To start chatting. You can also click on No thanks To remove them from the messages window.
Click the box labeled “Write a message.” Type what you want to say, then press the Enter button on your keyboard, or click the blue button on the right to send it.
You can filter your messages using the options in the upper left corner. If you only want to see messages from people you have corresponded with, click Assorted . If you only want to see conversations with people currently online, click Online .
To delete a conversation, click ” … “In the upper right corner. Then click To erase .
When asked if you are sure you want to delete this conversation, click To erase .
Favorites
After chatting with someone, you may feel like you really hit on them! If you are really interested in someone’s profile you saw, or you really like someone with Badoo, you can add them to your favorites.
To add someone to your favorites, click star Button next to their name in Messages , Or click on the star In the upper right corner of their profile.
If you subscribe to Badoo’s “Super Powers” service, you can see who favored you. Click Favorites On the left to see who favored you, as well as your favorites.
To change your settings on Badoo
If you want to change your settings for notifications, privacy, or checked status, click your profile picture icon of any page, then click equipment Icon in the upper right corner of your profile.
Here you will be able to see all your account settings. Click it pencil Icon next to any section of your settings to make changes. When you have completed a section, click to safeguard Down.
